LCD portable DVD player features a ten-inch screen. In reality, that screen is 10.2” on the diagonal, making it two and three inches bigger than many of its more expensive competitors.
This modestly priced portable player is packed with a wealth of features in addition to its larger screen. Its anti-skip technology and its 180-degree swivel screen make it ideal for travel. In addition to offering a crystal clear LCD picture, it includes a Dolby Digital decoder for theater type sound. When at home, its digital and analog AV outputs let you plug it right into your home theater system.
Unlike players from other brands that play only DVDs, this Coby is all about versatility. It plays most commercial and homemade DVD’s, including NSTC and PAL. The device also plays most CDs and is JPEG and MP3 compatible. Furthermore, you can connect to video games, VCRs, or other AV sources with an AV input jack, a most appreciated feature when traveling long distances with a carload of kids. The headphone jack and DC car adapter means it can provide the driver with peace of mind while providing hours of diversion for back seat passengers.
